We realize that we have to customize our recruiting strategy for each client and also customize our approach to the talent we are targeting. One size fits all is the large agency approach.
What don’t we do?
We don’t tell you we can fill a position and then disappear without ever sending a resume. We aim to be consultative and provide real time feedback and data so that together we can calibrate the search parameters and find a workable solution.
